I have published in this booklet reproductions of pictures of Ramsgate in the 1800s.
I am no antiquary so the text is mostly what it said on the original print, right or wrong. Most of the originals were undated so I have used my expertise i.e. guessed the date.
The source material is mostly either illustrations in books prints that I have bought over the years or Victorian holiday souvenirs. In a few cases I admit to having copied pictures from the catalogues because they were two expensive to buy.
Because of the age of the originals none of the pictures are subject to copyright.
