“Members grant planning permission for the development, subject to  safeguarding conditions  and a Section 106 Agreement as proposed in the report”
Moved by Councillor D Green and seconded by Councillor R Nicholson that:
“Members agree the following amendment:
Where the conditions listed, specifically 2, 3, 4, 6, 12, 13, 14, 18, and 25, or the Section 106 agreement, require the applicant to obtain approval or agreement of the Local Authority, approval will not be granted until the Local Authority has consulted with statutory consultees upon the applicant's response, and has obtained the explicit consent of the Local Planning Authority's Planning Committee.

“Members agree the following amendment:
the movement of HGV vehicles be restricted to 1000 a day with conditions on hours  amended to 7am until 11pm from Monday to Friday and 7am until noon on Saturday, with no movement at all on Sundays or Bank Holidays”
